I'm Andrew, a graduate therapist intern at Sol Health completing my clinical training under licensed supervision. I bring genuine curiosity, warmth, and evidence-based tools to every session.
Working as a graduate intern means you receive the same quality, attentive care you'd expect from a seasoned practitioner — at a price point that actually makes therapy accessible. My caseload stays intentionally small so you always feel like a priority.
I work with teens and adults across a range of concerns, blending depth-oriented and skills-based approaches depending on what each person needs most.
I draw on three complementary frameworks to tailor therapy to you — not a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we'll find the right balance of insight, acceptance, and practical skill-building.
We explore how your past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns shape your present. Understanding these roots creates lasting change rather than surface-level relief.
Rather than fighting difficult thoughts and feelings, we learn to hold them differently — building psychological flexibility and clarifying what truly matters to you.
A structured, evidence-based approach that explores the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — helping you identify unhelpful patterns and build practical strategies for lasting change.
Persistent worry, low mood, burnout, or that background hum of dread — we work together to understand it and reduce its hold on your life.
Whether recent or long-standing, trauma deserves careful, paced attention. I provide a safe space to process difficult experiences at your own pace.
Identity, academic stress, social pressure, adolescent and early adulthood transitions — I offer grounded, practical support for this chapter of life.
Breakups, career pivots, grief, major change — transitions can shake your sense of self. Therapy helps you find your footing again.
I'm completing my graduate clinical training under the supervision of a fully licensed therapist at Sol Health. This means your care is always overseen by an experienced professional, while you benefit from a lower cost and a therapist who is deeply invested in your progress.
There's no waitlist. After a free 15-minute consultation call, we can typically schedule your first full session within the same week. Getting started shouldn't take months.
Currently, sessions are offered as a flat $30 private-pay fee — no insurance required. This keeps the process simple and private, and the cost is designed to be accessible without insurance.
Sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need is a private space and a device with internet. Many clients find telehealth more comfortable and consistent than in-person. Please note: I am currently licensed to see clients located in New York and Florida only.
That uncertainty is completely normal and worth exploring. The free consultation is a no-pressure conversation — we'll talk about what's going on and whether working together feels like a good fit.
I work primarily with Psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Each session is tailored to you — we're not just running through a protocol.
Call or text (929) 531-6347 to inquire about a free consultation. No commitment, no pressure — just a quick conversation to see if we're a good fit.
